Cancellation Policy
late policy - if you know you’re going to be late please contact me directly. I give a 10 min grace period for all appointments. if you are unable to make it within the 10-15 min grace period of your appointment then it may be canceled. The cancellation policy WILL apply to your appointment. You may reschedule!
24 hr cancellation policy - must cancel appointment/reschedule appointments 24 hrs prior to your appointment. *reschedules must contact me directly it will not allow you to do so through the app* if you fail to cancel within the 24 hrs the card on file will automatically be charged 50% of the booked service as it is considered a late cancellation.
No shows - if you fail to give a cancellation notice and do not show up to your appointment, the card on file will automatically be charged 100% of the service booked.
